Short Summary:
Inspira Education Group is seeking a Medical School Admissions Consultant who is currently in residency and passionate about mentorship and coaching. The role involves guiding pre-med and medical school applicants through the admissions process.

Responsibilities:
- Work with prospective medical school candidates and pre-med students to enhance their profiles and application materials.
- Manage relationships with applicants and families, providing guidance on school selection, essays, resumes, letters of recommendation, and interviews.
- Identify suitable medical programs and schools for students, ensuring alignment with their backgrounds and career goals.
- Support students with project planning, application timeline management, and progress tracking.
- Stay updated on medical school admissions requirements and criteria to advise clients effectively.

Requirement:
- Currently in a residency program (MD or DO).
- Graduated from a U.S. medical school.
- Previous experience on a medical school admissions committee.
- Passion for mentorship and coaching pre-med students.
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Expertise in project management and applicant tracking.
- Experience in education, coaching, tutoring, or mentoring students.
