Inspira Education is seeking an Editor, Digital Content to ensure the quality of published materials. This role involves editing content for clarity, accuracy, and engagement, while collaborating with writers and subject-matter experts.

Responsibilities:
- Edit for quality, at the sentence and structure level
- Catch spelling, grammar, factual, and formatting errors
- Rewrite passive constructions into active voice
- Verify heading hierarchy is logical and accurate
- Trace claims, stats, and quotes back to primary sources
- Own and apply the style guide consistently
- Evolve the guide as content and audience grow
- Ensure content matches search intent
- Structure key claims clearly for readers and retrieval systems
- Regularly audit top-performing content

Requirement:
- 5+ years of professional editing experience
- Excellent command of grammar, structure, and style
- Experience owning or shaping a house style guide
- Genuine curiosity about AI and its impact on content
- Strong organizational skills managing editorial workflow
