Short Summary:
Join Infoblox as the Vice President of Regional Sales for Central and Northern Europe, leading revenue execution and talent development across a multi-country region.
Responsibilities:
- Own the regional business across ARR, net new business, renewals, expansion, and strategic product motions.
- Build and execute a regional operating plan aligned to segmentation and strategic accounts.
- Drive forecast accuracy, pipeline inspection, and deal progression discipline.
- Lead regional deal reviews and inspect complex opportunities.
- Create a customer-facing culture centered on value selling and executive relationships.
- Hire, coach, retain, and develop leaders across teams.
- Partner closely with various departments to escalate issues and improve operations.
- Use AI tools to enhance forecast quality and sales productivity.
- Translate global strategy into a practical regional operating model.
Requirement:
- 15+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure.
- 8+ years of senior regional sales leadership experience across multiple countries.
- Proven success in running large regional businesses and managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong command of forecast management and executive selling.
- Experience in building organizations and leading through change.
- Ability to engage customers at the C-level and translate technical capabilities into business value.
