Short Summary:
Join us in redefining manufacturing excellence as a (Senior) Specialist Industrial Engineering on our Manufacturing and Operations team, where your expertise will help shape the future of high-tech products in an advanced cleanroom environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and improve daily fab performance reporting for accuracy and actionable insights.
- Analyze OEE and IEE metrics to identify and drive productivity improvement opportunities.
- Analyze material flow, capacity bottlenecks, and interdependencies at machine and work center levels.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders across production, planning, and engineering.
- Implement lean initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency and share knowledge within the team.
Requirement:
- Degree in STEM, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a comparable field.
- Strong mathematical and analytical capabilities, particularly in statistics and structured problem solving.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases, with initial experience in Python or R as an advantage.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
