Short Summary:
Impinj is seeking an IT Manager for their Porto Alegre office to oversee IT services, ensuring smooth operations and productivity for employees while aligning with global IT standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, integrations, and processes.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop IT solutions.
- Manage local IT devices and their lifecycles.
- Oversee local software licenses and security systems.
- Deliver high-quality IT support to employees.
- Support local cybersecurity incident response.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive IT experience.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Portuguese required.
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems, network troubleshooting, and common enterprise software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
