Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive, end-to-end support to key partners, acting as a relationship manager.
- Ensure a "white glove" experience for payroll partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll and CPA partners, providing support and handling escalations.
- Facilitate the development and implementation of solutions between internal teams and partners.
- Develop and implement solutions tailored to partner needs to increase retention and satisfaction.
- Maintain and develop partner support teams' standard operating procedures documentation.
- Communicate blockers or potential risks to leadership promptly.
Requirement:
- 3+ years of experience in Partnership, Sales, and/or business development.
- 3+ years of experience with innovative strategic partnerships for consumer-facing, web services, and SAAS products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills using tools like Google Docs and Microsoft products.
- Experience using a CRM platform (preferably Salesforce).
- Strong understanding of the Human Interest partner process and needs for continued success.
