Short Summary:
Join HousingAnywhere as an Ops Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects in the Marketplace Operations department, focusing on the consolidation of HousingAnywhere & Studapart brands.

Responsibilities:
- Own the Marketplace Operations project portfolio, driving projects from scoping through adoption.
- Act as the dedicated operations counterpart to Product, Tech, Sales, and the wider business.
- Maintain and optimize the Fin AI support agent and manage the telephony stack for the department.
- Identify manual, repetitive work and build solutions to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with management to connect priorities and enhance operational delivery.

Requirement:
- 3-5+ years in project/program management or operations management, ideally in a marketplace, SaaS, or high-volume customer operations environment.
- Hands-on experience with AI support agents and support platforms.
- Proficiency in no-code/low-code automation, scripting, or AI tools.
- Strong data comfort (SQL, dashboards) is a plus.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
