Short Summary:
We build software for short-term rentals to rent themselves, focusing on exceptional product design and user experience.

Responsibilities:
- Own and set the overall design vision for the product.
- Lead the design of the entire platform and ensure quality.
- Direct high-stakes design work from discovery to interaction design.
- Own the design language, style guide, and component library.
- Develop and lead a lean, AI-leveraged design team.
- Use research, analytics, and customer feedback to inform design decisions.

Requirement:
- Design leader with experience in a product-led SaaS company in the last 5 years.
- Proven ownership of design direction from discovery to shipped features.
- Hands-on experience in design work within the last 3 years.
- Strong product thinking and ability to collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership.
- Familiarity with design tools like Whimsical and Figma.
- Experience in short-term rental, travel, hospitality, or proptech is a plus.
