Short Summary:
As a key leader in the Pharma Technical Development Supply (PTDS) organization, you will ensure the dependable delivery of clinical trial supplies across Roche/Genentech's global portfolio, driving strategic initiatives and optimizing processes.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive portfolio oversight in partnership with the clinical supply planning leadership team.
- Formulate, prioritize, and drive strategic initiatives as an active member of the extended PTDS leadership team.
- Manage resources and capacity for the global clinical trial supply portfolio.
- Drive process standardization, optimization, and industry best practices.
- Own and evolve Study Planning business capabilities.
- Champion strategic stakeholder relationships and key account management.
- Serve as the PTDS Mississauga Site Head, cultivating an inclusive culture.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's or Advanced Degree (BA, MS, MBA) in a technical, business, or supply chain field.
- 10-12 years of senior leadership experience in a global, regulated pharmaceutical environment.
- Extensive expertise in clinical supply chain operations and drug demand forecasting.
- Strong cross-functional knowledge across drug development modalities.
- Exceptional leadership with demonstrated VACC competencies.
- Superior communication and presentation skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset, ideally supported by APICS/SCOR certifications or Lean/Six Sigma training.
