Short Summary:
As a Senior Technical Specialist with a focus on Agentic AI, you will design and deploy autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems to transform how clinical trial data is processed, bridging the gap between AI orchestration and pharmaceutical regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy sophisticated agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Build collaboration systems where specialized agents resolve end-to-end data challenges.
- Apply systematic prompt engineering techniques to guarantee high-fidelity outputs.
- Deploy AI agents into our cloud environment (AWS) while enhancing scalable applications.
- Partner with Data Integrity and Quality teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Create reliable "Human-in-the-loop" workflows to solve complex data challenges.

Requirement:
- 5+ years’ experience and a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or Biomedical Informatics.
- 8+ years of experience delivering AI/ML solutions plus 3+ years in full-stack software and data engineering.
- Deep proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with AI orchestration frameworks.
- Solid experience with modern data engineering, Vector Databases, and optimizing RAG pipelines.
- Strong experience deploying AI systems on AWS, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and service observability.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and clear communication skills.
