💥 We are hiring a Head of Content Moderation

💡 What you'll do: • Design and improve content moderation policies for a safe user environment. • Lead and mentor a team of moderators while enhancing AI moderation tools. • Collaborate with Legal, Product, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance. • Drive strategic initiatives and optimize moderation technologies and workflows. • Manage relationships with 3rd-party vendors and moderation technology providers.

🎯 What we expect: • 4+ years in a leadership role within Content Moderation or Trust & Safety. • Strong understanding of UGC platforms and compliance requirements. • Proven experience in fast-paced B2C tech environments. • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and project management skills. • Strong communication skills in English (Russian is a plus).
