Job Summary

Design, configure and support SAP ECC Payroll, including country localization, payroll rules, posting, interfaces and reconciliation.

Exp in - Germany, Spain & Portugal, Morocco Payroll consultant 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead payroll requirements and design workshops and configure wage types, schemas, PCRs, calendars and control records.
• Support statutory calculations, retroactivity, off-cycle payroll, garnishments/deductions and year-end processes as applicable.
• Define integration with PA, time management, finance posting, banking and third-party providers.
• Prepare payroll test strategy and execute unit, integration, parallel and user-acceptance testing.
• Analyze payroll results and logs, resolve defects and support reconciliation and sign-off.
• Support payroll master-data migration, cutover, first productive payroll and hypercare.
• Create functional specifications and operational documentation.

Skill Requirements

• SAP ECC Payroll consulting experience with country-specific implementation or support (Germany, Spain & Portugal, Morocco ).
• Hands-on experience with schemas, PCRs, wage types, payroll driver, posting and payroll results.
• Strong understanding of time-to-payroll integration, statutory controls and reconciliation.
• Experience with parallel testing, cutover and production payroll support.
• Strong analytical and customer-facing skills.
