Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on homes and buildings
- Handle general plumbing repairs (water heater issues, leaking faucets, etc.)
- Complete carpentry tasks (replacing door locks, hanging doors, etc.)
- Address basic electrical needs (replacing receptacles, identifying breaker cutoffs)
- Inspect and maintain common area amenities (laundry facilities, playgrounds)
- Maintain vacant sites (strap-downs and general site readiness)
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures
- Maintain clear records and reporting for completed work
- Be available for on-call support outside regular business hours

Requirement:
- Hands-on knowledge of general plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs
- Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors year-round and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer skills, including email
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
