Short Summary:
Consultants are seasoned, subject matter experts who apply specialized knowledge, typically as individual contributors, in matters that require special interpretation or expertise. They lead critical, high-risk, complex initiatives and projects, influencing strategic thinking and direction across the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Understand strategic direction of business unit and organization.
- Provide consultative support to management within overall strategic objectives.
- Lead critical or complex initiatives and projects from concept to implementation.
- Advise management on options, risks, solutions, and impacts on business processes.
- Manage relationships across technology and business stakeholders.
- Act as communications lead for the department, creating messaging and presentations.
- Use data to determine the highest value efforts to pursue.
- May oversee reporting and evaluation activities.

Requirement:
- 5+ years related work experience in Healthcare or Network Management.
- Related Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite of tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
