Short Summary:
As the Supply Chain Strategy & Planning Lead, you will be the analytical engine behind the long-term efficiency and growth of our logistics network, connecting raw data to executive decision-making and ensuring financial sustainability.
Responsibilities:
- Supply-chain-related FP&A Ownership: Partner with Finance to own supply-chain-related FP&A rhythms, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Strategic Growth Support: Support regional leadership with data-backed business cases for new market entry and product category expansion.
- Network Design: Lead strategic planning for the first-party network, optimizing geographic placement of dark stores and distribution centers.
- Fee Structure Design: Perform cost-benefit analyses to refine free shipping thresholds and program structures.
- Core Metrics, Data Collaboration & Monitoring: Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to define core supply chain metrics and build automated dashboards.
Requirement:
- 4 years of experience in supply chain strategy, FP&A, management consulting, or business analytics (e-commerce or logistics preferred).
- Strong proficiency in SQL and visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Proven ability to turn complex datasets into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Experience in network modeling, financial modeling, or incentive/subsidy structure design.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
