Short Summary:
The Senior Solution Specialist will provide operational support for Finance applications, ensuring efficient resolution of issues and administration of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Finance users on system-related issues, including application maintenance, setup & configuration, data migration, and minor enhancements.
- Provide third-level (L3) resolution, and prepare documentation, system manuals, and procedures.
- Provide functional support during month-end and year-end activities.
- Proactively manage all incidents and change requests, prioritizing issues of varying severity.
- Perform root cause analysis for high-severity incidents and problem tickets.
- Monitor ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) jobs and interfaces.
- Drive change for Finance, Procurement & GTS, identifying process gaps and new platform offerings.
- Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enhancements, patches, and new implementations.
- Liaise with Oracle Support, implementation partners, and internal Finance/GTS stakeholders on escalations and enhancements.
Requirement:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior role working with Oracle ERP Cloud applications.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a track record in application support.
- Proficiency in setup & configuration, with hands-on experience on Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle technologies (OTBI, BI Publisher) and tools (ADFDI, SmartView, BPM Workflow, Oracle AI Studio).
- High-level understanding of Oracle modules related to Financials.
