Short Summary:
The Integrity team at Grab is focused on protecting users in the domains of fraud, risk, digital identity, and safety. The Senior Data Scientist will specialize in Computer Vision and Multimodal LLMs, developing advanced models for OCR, KYC verification, and document/image information extraction.

Responsibilities:
- Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art models, including OCR and Vision LLMs.
- Architect, design, and own document processing pipelines for identity verification.
- Deploy models into a high-throughput production environment and implement monitoring for performance.
- Research and prototype with the latest advancements in AI.
- Explain technical concepts and model trade-offs to stakeholders.

Requirement:
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in tech companies or academic institutions.
- Proficiency in Python, Spark, and SQL.
- Familiarity with version control systems and understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
