Short Summary:
We are looking for a 2W Partner Supply Acquisition & Management team member to initiate, acquire, build a strong network, and maintain a good relationship with Grab driver partners in the Jabodetabek region.

Responsibilities:
- Build a network and relationship with upcoming and current Grab driver community through offline and online channels.
- Ensure supply stability within the designated area, including managing and expanding the 2W hyperlocal driver communities to improve their engagement with Grab.
- Plan, do, check, and action (PDCA) for supply and demand plans to improve driver partners' service quality and incorporate AI during some processes.
- Lead daily operations in Supply Management including partner acquisition, investigating, educating driver partners, and demand generation.

Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree with a track record in B2B or community networking.
- Well-versed with Microsoft Excel (can maintain spreadsheets) and data interpretation abilities.
- Knowledge of online transport and delivery business would be beneficial.
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
