Short Summary:
The Business Intelligence & Operations Solution (BIOS) team supports Malaysian Operations by delivering dashboards and analytics and building automation solutions to enhance efficiency. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining automation solutions and pipelines for operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Map operational workflows and write custom scripts to connect systems and automate manual tasks.
- Utilize Python to automate repetitive tasks and processes.
- Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction and management.
- Document all operational processes and create user guides.
- Work closely with stakeholders to develop tailored solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing solutions.

Requirement:
- Practical understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON handling.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in Python programming.
- Experience with AI tools and emerging technologies.
- Working knowledge in SQL for data extraction and management.
