Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic plans and manage complex cross-functional programs.
- Identify and build AI-tools to automate program execution.
- Apply engineering skills to create robust internal tooling.
- Engage with stakeholders to plan requirements and manage project schedules.
Requirement:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing cross-functional technical programs.
- Strong communication skills and a track record of enabling outcomes through collaboration.
- Foundational understanding of software engineering concepts and development practices.
- Hands-on experience with AI/automation tools.
- Familiarity with n8n and Cursor for workflow automation is beneficial.
