Short Summary:
As the Lead Technical Program Manager, you will manage complex, cross-functional programs and lead all aspects of assigned program delivery, creating and maintaining the delivery roadmap in collaboration with Tech and Product Leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the delivery of key initiatives by leading roadmap planning and prioritization discussions with cross-functional leaders.
- Lead technical whiteboard sessions to troubleshoot project implementation details, remove blockers, and provide strategic input on complex issues.
- Manage communications across teams to align non-tech and tech stakeholder needs, tracking and reporting progress against milestones.
- Proactively identify and implement improvements in team and organizational delivery practices.
- Develop long-term planning frameworks and roadmaps aligned with broader strategic goals.
Requirement:
- 12+ years of hands-on experience in Technical Program Management, PMO leadership, or similar roles in tech or tech-adjacent domains.
- Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional portfolios and end-to-end program delivery.
- Solid understanding of software development processes and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong experience in applying Agile frameworks and establishing/evolving program management frameworks using a data-driven approach.
- Proven ability to identify, mitigate, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence to streamline project workflows and tracking.
