Short Summary:
The Singapore Platform Safety team develops and supports programmes that improve safety across Grab's mobility and delivery services.

Responsibilities:
- Report to the Head of Platform Safety, Singapore.
- Combine safety incident data, operational signals, and user feedback to identify risks and recommend priorities.
- Review safety processes and use findings to strengthen standards and risk controls.
- Manage assigned safety programmes from planning through implementation.
- Develop safety communications, educational materials, and training for consumers and partners.
- Act as a public liaison for government agencies and community organisations.
- Support responses to safety incidents and crisis situations.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in operations, risk management, public policy, or related field.
- At least five years of relevant experience in platform operations, safety, or risk management.
- Experience managing projects from planning through implementation.
- Experience in strategic insights or data analytics.
- Relevant sector experience engaging with government agencies or community organisations.
