Short Summary:
At Gorgias, we’re building a unified AI agent for Conversational Commerce, transforming how brands interact with customers. Our mission is to create personal, seamless, and intelligent shopping experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, refine, and scale our AI Agent for customer support.
- Optimize solutions for efficiency, accuracy, and functionality.
- Own feedback loops, observability, and continuous training for deployed systems and models.
- Work on agentic LLM systems, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and NLP classifiers.
- Write clear technical specifications and implement scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide machine learning as a service.
- Analyze post-release performance and identify improvements.

Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning and software development.
- Proficiency in Python and modern machine learning tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Master's degree in a STEM field or related field.
