In the role of HR Coordinator in our HR Operations team (part of People & Communication), you will deliver high-quality HR support across the employee lifecycle, while partnering closely with managers, employees and People & Communication (P&C) colleagues across GN. You are someone who gets the details right, builds trust through collaboration, and combines a friendly, responsive approach with sound judgment. You are comfortable asking questions and thinking critically. In this role, you will take ownership of your own primary business areas while working closely with colleagues across HR Operations and the wider P&C organization. You can expect a multicultural environment and a broad stakeholder landscape, both within the P&C team and across the business. As GN undergoes an organizational change, this role will be key in supporting the Hearing business area. The Team you will be part of: You will join an experienced team of five HR specialists in Ballerup, delivering a broad range of HR operational services across the organization. We collaborate closely, share knowledge, and continuously look for ways to improve our services, processes, and impact. Beyond strong day-to-day support, we are shaping a more proactive and business-relevant HR Operations function. Your contribution is appreciated, and you will: Serve as a first point of contact for employees and managers, providing clear guidance and support on HR-related questions and processes Manage employee lifecycle transactions: onboarding, hires, transfers, organizational changes, terminations, and data changes Handle requests with a high level of quality, accuracy, and timeliness Prepare employee documentation and maintain accurate HR records, including contracts and employment changes Coordinate with Payroll on hires, changes, and terminations Liaise with Pension providers on hires, changes and terminations Partner with P&C Business Partners, Talent Attraction Partners, and managers in your assigned business areas Maintain high data quality and compliance (incl. GDPR) in HR systems and files Contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives, continuous improvement, and AI-enabled ways of working Besides your main tasks, you will have room to shape your position and take up new responsibilities. If you for example have experience with describing and updating processes, policies, and intranet sites, this may also be part of your tasks. At GN, we encourage flexible working whenever possible. To perform well in the role, we imagine that you: Bring some years of experience from HR administration / HR Operations in a larger international company Have what it takes to be a trusted advisor towards the business and partner effectively with managers, employees, and colleagues Bring solid Workday experience and good understanding of HR processes and relevant legal requirements Work in a structured way with attention to detail and high data quality in a changing environment Are comfortable working independently, taking ownership, and managing changing priorities Combine a friendly, service-oriented mindset with independent, critical thinking and the confidence to ask questions and push back constructively Communicate clearly in Danish and English and build trust through collaboration Can handle confidential and sensitive information with care We encourage you to apply Even if you do not match every qualification, we welcome your application if you believe you have relevant transferable skills.
