Help us shape how FalCom’s next generation of products move from concept to scalable production. As our new Product Industrialization Manager, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will ensure end-to-end industrialization readiness, connect R&D and Operations, and secure smooth, quality-focused ramp-ups. The team you will be part of You will join FalCom’s Industrialization & NPI team working at the intersection of R&D, Product Management, Operations, Quality, and external manufacturing partners. We are a collaborative, solution-oriented team that values structured thinking, sound judgement, and a practical mindset to deliver quality outcomes at scale. Your contribution is appreciated, and you will: Lead industrialization throughout the NPI lifecycle, ensuring manufacturing readiness and smooth product ramp-up Act as the key link between Development, Operations, Quality, and external partners to enable successful product launches Drive DFx activities, optimizing manufacturability, testability, scalability, quality, cost, and serviceability from early design stages Definition and implementation of manufacturing and test concepts for assigned products, in cooperation with relevant stakeholders Ensure production readiness, including documentation, build support, and continuous improvement To perform well in the role, we imagine that you: Have an engineering background with NPI/industrialization project management experience in electronics or electromechanical products Strong DFx, manufacturing, quality, and risk management knowledge across the product lifecycle Systems thinker and able to balance technical, operational, quality, and business requirements Driven by ownership and accountability, ensuring readiness, risk mitigation, and successful product launches Strong stakeholder management and communication skills building alignment across teams and partners Adaptable and improvement-oriented, thriving in dynamic environments and driving continuous improvement Background check Please note that all FalCom employees will be subject to a background check and must maintain a clean record throughout employment.
