Short Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a global technology services company as Director of Finance, where you’ll play a key role in strengthening the finance function, driving business insights, and supporting the company’s continued growth while working closely with leadership and teams across the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary U.S. finance lead within a multi-entity international structure.
- Lead financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Develop and manage annual budgets and long-term financial models to support rapid growth.
- Provide the executive team and stakeholders with clear, actionable financial insights.
- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage relationships with external partners, including auditors, banks, tax advisors, and international accounting firms.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. and international financial regulations.
- Implement and optimize scalable financial systems, tools, and processes.
- Support ongoing post-merger planning, including unified controls, workflows, audits, and governance.
- Provide financial oversight across approximately nine legal entities.
- Serve as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to overall business strategy.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings across the company.

Requirement:
- 5-8+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership, accounting, FP&A, controllership, or related roles.
- Proven experience managing and analyzing P&L performance; legitimate P&L management experience is required.
- Prior hands-on experience with U.S. accounting practices and U.S. GAAP is required.
- Proven M&A and post-merger integration experience.
- Experience supporting or working with a U.S.-based company, particularly in a multi-entity or international environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
