Short Summary:
Glean is seeking a strategic and effective Technical Recruiter to build teams that will shape the next era of enterprise AI. This role involves partnering with technical leaders to identify talent and capabilities needed to achieve Glean's goals.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business goals and role requirements.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies for high-impact technical searches.
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle from intake to onboarding.
- Build strong pipelines of candidates through various sourcing channels.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on talent markets and candidate motivations.
- Create a compelling candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Use recruiting data to improve funnel health and guide prioritization.
- Maintain accurate recruiting systems for visibility and accountability.
- Use AI tools to enhance research, sourcing, and candidate communication.
- Contribute to employer brand initiatives and talent communities.
Requirement:
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a high-growth technology company.
- Track record of recruiting exceptional technical talent in areas like software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to use data to understand recruiting performance.
- Curiosity about AI and motivation to incorporate it into work.
