Short Summary:
As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will be the trusted partner for our leaders, helping them navigate people challenges while fostering a healthy, high-performing culture. Your role will focus on partnering with leaders on employee relations, difficult conversations, conflict resolution, and organizational topics.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders on day-to-day People topics and employee relations.
- Support leaders in challenging conversations, performance discussions, and conflict resolution.
- Facilitate mediations and support the resolution of complex interpersonal situations.
- Advise leaders on People decisions while balancing employee experience and business needs.
- Identify leadership capability gaps and support or facilitate workshops, training sessions, or development initiatives.
- Support organizational changes, team dynamics, and leadership effectiveness.
- Ensure consistent application of People policies and processes.
- Support company-wide employee engagement initiatives.
- Translate feedback, survey results, and business insights into practical actions and recommendations.
- Collaborate with People Operations and Talent Acquisition to deliver an excellent employee experience.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of People processes and ways of working.
Requirement:
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or comparable People & Culture roles.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to navigate sensitive and complex conversations with empathy.
- Fluent in German and English; comfortable conducting difficult conversations in both languages.
- A business-minded approach combined with genuine care for people.
- Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills.
- A structured, process-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
- Confidence in advising leaders and influencing decisions through trust and credibility.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
