Short Summary:
A Director serves as a leader within Gartner’s Business and Technology Insights (BTI) group, focusing on HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and their evolving role in an AI-enabled workplace. This individual contributor role involves creating high-quality research and insights for HRBPs and advising on personal development and business impact.
Responsibilities:
- Create actionable research for HR Business Partners and Leaders.
- Develop original insights and tools to enhance HRBP effectiveness.
- Own content planning and ensure research relevance and impact.
- Establish points of view on HR Business Partnering's future.
- Review and provide feedback on content from other authors.
- Monitor portfolio performance and improve based on insights.
- Conduct research interviews with HR leaders and experts.
- Partner with other analysts to integrate HRBP perspectives.
- Deliver presentations, webinars, and client-facing materials.
- Support sales and marketing teams as an HRBP expert.
- Mentor researchers and analysts to build research capabilities.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree; Master's or PhD preferred in relevant fields.
- 10+ years of experience in HR Business Partner roles or consulting.
- Deep understanding of HRBP responsibilities and the impact of AI.
- Experience in creating evidence-based recommendations.
- Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical skills and project management abilities.
