Short Summary:
Galaxy is a global leader in digital assets and data center infrastructure, seeking a detail-oriented Specialist for Accounts Payable & Billing to manage payable and billing activities, strengthen controls, and support complex billing tied to leases and construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Review, code, match, and process invoices in the General Ledger (currently NetSuite; soon to be Workday)
- Match invoices to open purchase orders and investigate exceptions
- Follow up with business managers for timely invoice approvals
- Reconcile vendor statements and research outstanding balances
- Maintain vendor documentation and support controls over vendor setup
- Prepare payment batches for management review
- Monitor AP aging and invoice workflow status
- Translate leases and service commencement information into billing setups
- Prepare tenant invoices and respond to billing questions
- Assist with reconciliation of AP and billing subledgers
- Document standard operating procedures and identify process improvements

Requirement:
- 2-4 years of experience in accounts payable, billing, or related accounting-operations role
- Working knowledge of accounting concepts and invoice processing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume processing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with various teams
- Strong Excel skills and experience with an ERP or accounting platform
- Ability to manage a high volume of invoices in a fast-paced environment
