Short Summary:
As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee the Warehouse staff and operations, ensuring high performance and adherence to procedures. This hands-on role requires physical activity and teamwork to meet customer and internal business needs.

Responsibilities:
- Positively promote and support Fullscript values and mission
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Oversee daily warehouse functions: receiving, picking/packing, shipping, inventory control, quality control, and workplace safety
- Administer corrective actions and encourage high performance
- Create and maintain daily work schedules
- Maintain time and attendance data
- Lead new-hire onboarding and training
- Seek innovative ways to enhance labor and system effectiveness
- Act as a leader within the department and organization
- Ensure facility safety, cleanliness, and security

Requirement:
- 3+ years of experience in Warehousing & Logistics
- 1+ years in a leadership role, managing teams of 20+
- HS Diploma required; secondary education degree desired
- Advanced experience with WMS and/or ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and project management skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work full-time shifts, including overtime
