Short Summary:
At Fullscript, our warehouse team helps practitioners and patients get what they need, with care and intention. We are hiring Warehouse Associates at our Riverside, California warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize inventory for shipping
- Use handheld scanners and warehouse systems to sort, scan, and prepare orders
- Follow clear on-screen instructions to complete daily tasks
- Pick, pack, label, and move pallets and packages safely
- Receive, audit, and store incoming products
- Support the team in meeting daily shipping goals
- Help with other warehouse tasks as needed
Requirement:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to meet the physical needs of the role, including standing, walking, pushing, and lifting throughout your shift
- 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience ideally in a similar environment
- Comfort working with productivity goals and daily targets
- Ability to stay focused, accurate, and safety-minded
- Comfortable working a 5x8 schedule based on business needs, including Sundays and overtime
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new skills over time
