Short Summary:
Freenow is looking for a talented and experienced individual to join their Talent Acquisition Team, responsible for the full recruitment cycle, predominantly focusing on non-tech positions, with opportunities to support tech & product colleagues.

Responsibilities:
- Running the entire recruitment journey, from crafting compelling job postings to conducting dynamic interviews and assessments.
- Forging strategic partnerships with hiring managers to drive international recruitment efforts.
- Improving recruitment methods and processes to establish a robust talent pipeline.
- Proactively seeking out and cultivating relationships with exceptional candidates.
- Facilitating seamless job offer processes.
- Delivering clear communication and guidance to candidates and hiring managers.
- Championing the brand identity throughout the recruitment process.

Requirement:
- Proven experience in full life-cycle recruiting, either in-house or an agency.
- Confidence in networking and building relationships.
- Expertise with different talent sourcing methods and tools.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) is beneficial.
- Fluent English is mandatory; any other language would be a plus.
