Work Arrangement:
Onsite availability during office hours (Tuesday to Thursday, 09:00–18:30). Hybrid role with three days per week in the office.
Short Summary:
Join our Driver Operations team at Freenow, where you will support and grow our driver community, ensuring optimal marketplace performance. You will manage relationships with drivers and fleet partners, translating insights into actions that enhance the driver experience and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Drive key marketplace KPIs by identifying growth opportunities and implementing initiatives.- Build and manage relationships with drivers and fleet partners through communication and outreach.- Track driver performance metrics to provide targeted coaching.- Support driver acquisition and onboarding for a seamless journey.- Drive platform adoption and gather actionable feedback for improvements.- Collaborate with various teams to execute local operational projects.- Monitor market trends and produce actionable performance reports.
Requirement:
- Enjoy building long-lasting relationships and managing operational challenges.- Customer-centric with a strong commercial and operational mindset.- Comfortable engaging with drivers and fleet partners.- Analytical, using data to prioritize actions and measure impact.- Clear communication skills in Spanish and English.- Knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; experience with CRM, Zendesk, or BI tools is a plus.- Previous experience in Operations, Marketplace Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Community Management, or Account Management is a plus.
