Short Summary:
At Formlabs, we’re building tools that enable anyone to bring their ideas to life through 3D printing technology. The Print Optimization Team focuses on enhancing print performance across our SLA & SLS product lines.

Responsibilities:
- Push the capabilities of our SLA & SLS 3D printing platforms
- Architect 3D printing optimization methodologies for better printer performance
- Drive root cause analysis across various disciplines
- Design efficient experiments to understand complex systems
- Develop and commercialize impactful solutions for customer print performance

Requirement:
- 5+ years post-graduate experience
- Experience in test design impacting product performance
- Strong customer focus and ownership with attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and learn new skills
- B.S., M.S., or PhD in any science/engineering discipline
- Bonus: Coding experience (ideally Python), CAD experience, understanding of material properties
