Short Summary:
Join Formlabs as a Regional People Operations Specialist to shape culture and lead People operations in Hungary. This role combines strategic elements with hands-on operational responsibility, acting as the primary advisor to regional leadership on organizational health and employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Guide a distributed People Operations & Workplace Experience team (2–3 members)
- Ensure seamless execution of onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Maintain compliance and consistency across policies and employee relations
- Identify opportunities to scale, standardize, and improve processes
- Oversee office operations and vendor partnerships to enhance workplace experience
Requirement:
- 4+ years of experience in HR / People roles
- Experience working in a fast-paced organization (preferably U.S.-based)
- Strong knowledge of Hungarian employment law and fluency in both Hungarian and English
- Solid background in employee relations, organizational design, and change management
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence senior leaders
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Operational excellence with a focus on scalable, efficient processes
