Short Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Source and identify potential suppliers across South East Asia, conduct supplier evaluations and factory audits.
- Engage in new product introduction efforts during ramp within internal stakeholders.
- Lead team in driving issue resolution, supply chain, schedule, cost, and quality goals.
- Develop relationships with partners and knowledge of factory's capabilities and limitations.
- Develop and execute a Southeast Asia supply chain strategy outlining the commodity enablement plan along with a clear product roadmap.

Requirement:
- 3+ years ops experience, preferably in high tech industry.
- Current knowledge of sourcing and supply chain management practices.
- Experience with consumer electronic manufacturing technologies preferred.
- Experienced in operations or technical program management roles preferred.
- English proficiency.
- Need to travel to China for 25% of the time.
