Short Summary:
At Formlabs, we’re building tools that enable anyone to bring their ideas to life. We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage and collect outstanding accounts receivables, ensuring timely payments and resolving billing issues.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer accounts are up to date and reconciled against the ledger.
- Monitor accounts for overdue items and follow up on payment arrangements.
- Respond to customer queries and manage the AR email inbox.
- Maintain accurate system records and document all discussions.
- Perform quarterly account reviews with channel sales managers.
- Review and approve daily sales orders and investigate on-hold orders.
- Generate and issue manual invoices and record customer payments.
- Process daily Return Authorizations and raise credits as necessary.
- Collaborate across teams to assist with finance operations and process improvements.

Requirement:
- Fluent in English; any other European language is a plus.
- Experience in AR and knowledge of billing and collection procedures.
- Self-starter attitude with strong motivation and ability to work independently.
- Strong Excel usage capabilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Bonus: Familiarity with NetSuite, Magento, and/or Salesforce; Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business.
