Short Summary:
At Form3, we're transforming the way financial institutions move money globally. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to expand our global payments platform, defining strategy and roadmap for sponsor-bank-enabled capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the product strategy for Form3's global sponsor bank proposition.
- Own the roadmap for sponsor-bank-enabled platform capabilities.
- Design reusable sponsor bank engagement and onboarding models.
- Build trusted relationships with sponsor banks and payment infrastructure providers.
- Translate sponsor bank, regulatory and payment scheme requirements into clear product capabilities.
- Analyse domestic and international payment flows for product innovation.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Commercial, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Customer Success teams.
- Support market assessments, commercial business cases, and strategic market expansion initiatives.
- Define KPIs to measure sponsor bank proposition success and market readiness.
- Champion sponsor banking as a strategic capability across Form3's Product organisation.
- Represent Form3 through customer engagement and industry events.
Requirement:
- Extensive Product Management experience within Payments, Banking, Financial Market Infrastructure, or FinTech.
- Strong understanding of domestic and international payment ecosystems.
- Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end Product Management.
- Proven experience working with senior stakeholders across financial institutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience supporting partnership models.
- Ability to simplify complex payment and regulatory concepts.
- Experience working collaboratively with Engineering and cross-functional teams.
