Short Summary:
Foodsmart is seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Intelligence to enhance its ROI and clinical outcomes methodology. This role involves leading a small team while being hands-on with research and methodology, using AI to amplify impact, and representing Foodsmart's methodologies to payers and external partners.

Responsibilities:
- Own Foodsmart’s ROI and clinical outcomes methodology.
- Represent methodology to payers and external actuarial firms.
- Build scalable ROI and evidence methodology.
- Own clinical research agenda and produce white papers.
- Partner with clinical teams to translate research into practice.
- Lead and develop a small team while engaging in core research.

Requirement:
- Master’s degree in health economics, biostatistics, epidemiology, economics, or related field; PhD preferred.
- 12+ years as a health economist or actuary with ROI methodology experience.
- 4+ years of team leadership experience.
- Genuine research experience with published work.
- Expertise in causal inference and healthcare claims data.
- Experience presenting ROI methodology to technical audiences.
- Proficient in SQL, R, or Python for data analysis.
- Familiarity with AI-native tooling for research acceleration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
