Short Summary:
Foodsmart is seeking a Director, Member Data Science to lead analytics for member engagement and retention, collaborating with various teams to enhance member experiences and outcomes. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership, focusing on building models and strategies that drive member success.

Responsibilities:
- Own the analytical strategy for the end-to-end marketing funnel across activation and retention.
- Manage product analytics domain, focusing on onboarding and in-app engagement.
- Serve as the executive-facing owner of member funnel and retention performance.
- Design and lead Foodsmart’s experimentation program across marketing, product, and retention.
- Own and evolve the attribution framework and dbt data models.
- Lead and develop a small team, setting technical direction and coaching for independent ownership.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 12+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or experimentation.
- 4+ years leading teams and partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Deep expertise in experimentation, causal inference, and attribution modeling.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and dbt, with experience in product analytics instrumentation.
- Excellent communication skills for distilling complex models into actionable insights.
