Short Summary:
Foodsmart is seeking a Director, Client Data Science to enhance the data foundation for client interactions, ensuring accurate reporting and metrics that support the company's external narrative. This role involves building reporting infrastructure and automating client reporting processes while acting as an analytical consultant.

Responsibilities:
- Own Client Quarterly Business Review (QBR) automation end to end.
- Build systems using AI and automation tools for QBR prep.
- Automate recurring weekly and monthly client reporting with Data Engineering.
- Manage the RFP data function, providing necessary analysis and benchmarks.
- Create and maintain a standard system of client SLAs.
- Develop foundational metrics for external use by various teams.
- Represent Foodsmart in client interactions, presenting data confidently.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 12+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or BI, with client-facing reporting experience.
- 4+ years leading teams.
- Experience in a similar role at a healthtech company.
- Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge in Python.
- Deep experience with dbt and AI-native tooling.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting data-driven narratives.
