Short Summary:
At Flowdesk, we are building the infrastructure powering the next era of global finance. As a full-service digital asset trading and technology firm, we provide liquidity solutions, OTC trading, and market infrastructure that connect digital assets to global markets with institutional-grade precision, transparency, and scale.

Responsibilities:
- Support the management of trading routes, automation, and transaction authorization.
- Build and maintain automation for trading workflows.
- Facilitate communication between Trading, Risk, and Client Success.
- Help maintain the databases underpinning trading operations.
- Generate PnL reports and support fund deployment processes.
- Support the opening of exchange accounts and management of fees.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications a plus).
- Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency exchanges and liquidity venues.
- Excellent understanding of risk management and security protocols in the cryptocurrency industry.
- Strong Python skills; proficiency with SQL and at least one additional language is a plus.
- Experience building operational dashboards and familiarity with version control (Git) is advantageous.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24/7 market environment.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
- Regulatory/compliance exposure highly desirable.
