Short Summary:
Fleetio is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Fleet Intelligence pod, focusing on transforming fleet data into actionable insights and enhancing customer experiences through predictive and guided actions.

Responsibilities:
- Turn fleet data into clear, defensible guidance for fleet managers.
- Deliver high-quality reports, dashboards, and data insights.
- Collaborate with the Data Team to implement solutions for data products.
- Engage in design and architecture of features.
- Produce well-tested, maintainable, and performant code.
- Review peers' code to ensure quality and share knowledge.

Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
- 3+ years of experience with ReactJS, TypeScript.
- Experience with data solutions for reports and analytics.
- Proficient in SQL, CTEs, and ActiveRecord/Arel.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and relational databases (PostgreSQL).
- Excellent communication skills, particularly written.
