Short Summary:
Fingerprint empowers developers to stop online fraud at the source, focusing on fraud detection with a strong open-source emphasis. The Identification Accuracy team is responsible for the ML model powering the Identification API, and the Engineering Manager will lead this team to ensure model accuracy and reliability.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the Identification Accuracy team, fostering psychological safety and technical excellence.
- Own the team's roadmap, driving innovative solutions to identification-specific challenges.
- Drive model accuracy outcomes by enabling the team to design, train, evaluate, and ship ML models.
- Build bridges across the organization, partnering with various teams to translate customer needs into technical priorities.
- Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences regarding model performance and tradeoffs.

Requirement:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a ML or data science team.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, machine learning, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams that ship production ML systems.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex model behavior to various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.
