Short Summary:
Filevine is a Legal AI company focused on delivering Legal Operating Intelligence. The Marketing Associate - Webinars will manage the end-to-end creation and execution of various webinar initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration and technical production.

Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain cross-collaborative processes for all webinar campaign kick-offs
- Set, measure, and meet performance goals for each scheduled webinar
- Ensure appropriate speakers, support, and content for webinar strategy
- Assist in developing webinar topics and content outlines
- Coordinate end-to-end webinar logistics including scheduling and technical testing
- Support creation of promotional materials like emails and landing pages
- Manage webinar platform setup and ensure smooth technical execution
- Track webinar metrics and provide analysis for improvement
- Follow up with attendees and no-shows with relevant content
- Create post-webinar summaries and analytics reports
- Maintain webinar calendar and coordinate with speakers
- Upload and tag new content in appropriate channels

Requirement:
- 2+ years of experience in a technical role focused on organizational or communication skills
- Experience with webinar software
- Experience with project management
- Comfortable working with executive leaders
- Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus
