Short Summary:
Figma is seeking a collaborative and strategic Manager, HRIS to lead the Workday platform and a team of HRIS Specialists, focusing on leveraging people technology and building scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of HRIS Specialists.
- Evolve the team's operating model, including project intake and prioritization.
- Manage work across internal HRIS team members and external partners.
- Provide governance and technical oversight for Workday configuration.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions.
Requirement:
- 8+ years in HRIS or People Technology with deep Workday expertise.
- Proven success in leading high-performing HRIS teams.
- Strong track record of managing work across teams and partners.
- Deep understanding of the People Technology ecosystem and Workday integration.
