Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve core AI-focused product areas, including Quote Agent, Product Studio, Submission Triage, and intelligent Content Management products.
- Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team of 9–10 engineers.
- Define the technical vision and architecture for the agentic platform.
- Champion engineering excellence through code reviews and architectural oversight.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Delivery teams to align engineering roadmap with business objectives.
- Act as a strategic technical partner to go-to-market stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous growth.
Requirement:
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, leading organizations of 15–20+ people.
- Deep expertise in B2B enterprise SaaS, with early-stage startup experience preferred.
- Strong background in shipping and maintaining AI-powered products.
- Experience designing and deploying agentic systems or LLM-powered applications at scale.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.
- Exceptional communication skills to influence and align stakeholders.
- Ability to drive rapid execution in fast-paced environments.
