Short Summary:
At FareHarbor, we believe learning is a key driver of our business success, and we’re looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to help take our learning culture to the next level.
Responsibilities:
- Design, curate, iterate, and maintain learning solutions and programs, leveraging instructional design best practices.
- Facilitate in-person, hybrid, and virtual instructor-led sessions, including onboarding and ongoing learning programs.
- Collaborate with SMEs, HRBPs, and other key stakeholders to conduct needs assessments and ensure training effectiveness.
- Measure learning effectiveness and impact, providing recommendations and implementing iterations as needed.
- Build learning paths and develop programs tailored to specific skills and competencies.
- Implement innovative learning methods and activities.
- Act as a FareHarbor cultural ambassador, exemplifying our Culture and Values.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a similar role.
- Previous experience working at a technology/SaaS company preferred.
- Proven track record of designing, delivering, and scaling high-impact learning programs.
- Proficiency in LMS administration and digital content authoring tools.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
