Short Summary:
Extreme Networks is seeking an experienced CXO Program Manager to create and deliver world-class experiences for senior technology leaders through invitation-only events, executive communications, and community-building initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, logistics, execution, and measurement of invitation-only CXO events.
- Coordinate executive participation, project timelines, vendors, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
- Design exceptional attendee journeys that reinforce the Extreme brand.
- Develop and manage ongoing engagement initiatives for a year-round executive community.
- Support the development and management of the CXO Program presence on ExtremeNetworks.com.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to define program objectives.
- Support the growth of the CXO Program into additional global regions.
- Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure executive engagement and program performance.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in executive programs, event marketing, or strategic events.
- Proven experience managing high-touch executive events and VIP experiences.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for event execution.
